DEAR STUDENTS, I HAVE PASSED OUT COPIES OF MRS. CAMPBELL'S LIST OF THE 101 BOOKS AND PLAYS THAT SHOULD BE READ BEFORE ENTERING COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY. PLEASE READ AS MANY AS YOU CAN.
Periods 1 and 3, Senior Composition/Senior Project:
1. If you were not present or have lost your copy of the 101 books and plays, please let me know.
2. I know you have a lot of work to do on your research papers,and presentations, not to mention the work you must do for other classes, so I am not requiring that you take the Accelerated Reader Tests at this time. You may do so if you wish, making sure that you do not choose an abridged or watered down version of these classic pieces of literature.
Period 2, Honors 11Th English using the AP Curriculum:
1. The deadline for your first Accelerated Reader test is coming up. DO NOT MISS IT!
2, Please start your next book, making sure it is not abridged or watered-down. Take the test as soon as possible.
Periods 5 and 6, American Literature/Composition:
1. You have two more weeks to take your first Accelerated Reader test. Please take it.
2. As soon as you have taken the Accelerated Reader test for your book, choose another one, making sure not to pick an abridged or watered-down version.
