Periods 1 and 3, Senior Composition/Senior Project:
1. Continue work on final essay.
2. Practice of 8 minute speeches in preparation for judging. (voluntary, at this point)
3. Introduction of Moliere's "The Would Be Invalid." Students attending a paid performance will receive extra credit if they bring a ticket stub and write a reasonable critique of the play.
Period 2, Honors 11Th English using the AP Curriculum:
1. Students will continue studying how to deconstruct AP essay prompts.
2. Continued work on Moliere's "The Would Be Invalid." Students attending a paid performance will receive extra credit if they bring a ticket stub and write a reasonable critique of the play.
Periods 5 and 6, American Literature/Composition:
1. The summary of "The Devil and Tom Walker" will be collected at the beginning of the period. Homework done in class is not acceptable.
