Periods 1 and 3, Senior Composition/Senior Project:
NOVEMBER 30, 2007 IS THE DEADLINE FOR THE RESEARCH PAPER. THE PAPERS ARE A MINIMUM OF SEVEN PAGES. NO PAPER--NO PASS!
PLEASE PRACTICE YOU PRESENTATIONS AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY.
1. Continue to bring me your work for correction and email your essays and and research paper to me.
2. The counselors will be visiting to program you for next semester.
Period 2, Honors 11Th English using the AP Curriculum:
1. Classroom AP Released Essay #3 written in class (40 minutes)
2. Be sure your Rogerian essay is ready to hand in on Friday, November 16, 2007. It will be two pages double-spaced. I will cut the grade one letter for every day that it is late.
3. Talking continues to be a problem in this class. College level behavior is a prerequisite for attendance in this class.
Periods 5 and 6, American Literature/Composition:
1. Parts will be assigned for "The Crucible."
2. Review of background for the play.
3. Instruction on emotional tone of play.
4. Students take parts in the play.
